I was scammed or never received the product — what do I do?
That is a commercial dispute between you and the seller, and we have no authority to settle it. Contact the Ministry of Commerce or the competent regulator in your country. You can still report the page to us so we can review it against our terms.
The page is selling an illegal product — will you take it down?
If the content violates the Terms of Use or local law, yes — we take action (suspension or removal). Legal prosecution of the person is a matter for the security and judicial authorities.
When might my report be ignored?
If the report concerns a dispute we have no authority to resolve (money, delivery, a personal disagreement...) and the page does not violate our terms, we cannot take action. In that case, direct your report to the competent authority.
Are you legally responsible for page content?
No. Linkin1 is only a technical intermediary; page owners are fully responsible for what they publish and sell. We do not proactively moderate content.
